Who made it possible ? Cecil Francis

You see starting this blog for Luis, was something I wanted to do before he ever came to America on July 31st, 2006. My friend Kim is incredible with "blogging", she was just the inspiration I needed to get started blogging. She and I have shared many talks about my journey in this life here on Earth. You see, almost every time we have chatted about it, I tell her: "Kim, I see so clearly now, why things have happened the way they have for me. I would say, "it is in his plan" (meaning God's plan for my life!). God Bless Kim, one day she surprised me and started my blog page. Hhmmmmm she was saying, "Ah ha, let's see if: inhisplanblog, is still there?" She just knew, there was NO way, "inhisplanblog" would be available!. Well, guess what? It was, thus here I am today sharing my memories of Luis. I was pumped about adding music to my blog page. Kim also showed me how to do that. The very 1st song I came across was, "Amazing Grace". I teared up, and told Kim "you see my dad made it possible for me to have Luis". There was NO way I could afford to adopt from Guatemala on my own. My father passed away in 2002, and after selling out his part of a large farm in Eubank, KY; I was able to proceed with the adoption.
Again, I see clearly now, it was in his plan. Once again the 1st song I came across to add to my blog page, was "Amazing Grace". Just so happens, that was my dad's favorite hymn and was played at his funeral. I typed in artist "Chris Tomlin" not intending to see OR find that hymn. God revealed to me through the song, "Amazing Grace" how once again it was all a part of the plan.

March 7th, 2009 ~ Luisism's

This is my "1st" real post, so I am going to try and make it short and sweet (that is possible for me! lol)
Today, was such a busy day for me. Luis spent last night with friends; a family with 5 boys that he LOVES ! Anyhow, he spent the night with them, so that I could get up early and go to work. It just makes it easier for Luis. I work as a Residential Counselor at a facility for abused and neglected children. Today, I worked with teenage boys from 7-3. While I love what I do there, I was looking forward to end of shift. My friends watching Luis, asked us to stay and eat dinner. That was a great idea ! But by the time I got to their house, I was ready to get home and collapse! I started thinking, might just be a good idea to stop and get a few groceries. For some reason cooking burgers sounded good. Before we could get home, I told Luis let's take a nap 1st and then I will cook supper. Must have been the beautiful weather, because as soon as I got in the house and unpacked groceries, I started cooking the burgers.
Luis walks in the house from the garage, and says: "Wow ! mom, Are you cooking now?" I replied, "yes, son". Luis says: "Mom, you are beautiful inside and out. But, I love you more for what is in your heart." Yes, my son is only 8 ! His incredible way of saying things never ceases to amaze me.
